The pre-existing authorization concept can also be used in the new web interface, granting or denying access to processes and resources exactly as defined within Limsophy BPM.

Limsophy BPM Web comes with a search engine to make finding the desired process or resource extremely easy, even among a plethora of documents. The search engine is also capable of full-text search, so you can even find documents with an unknown title.

The web interface has a dedicated news page, which you can fill with any article. For example to list recently edited processes, announce a newly hired employee or inform about the next company event, the news page of Limsophy BPM Web is the perfect place.
